7-Day Return Policy – WAYSAFE SAFETY AND FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT LLC

At WAYSAFE SAFETY AND FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT LLC, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
All labels, tags, manuals, and accessories are intact.
The product received is different from what was ordered or has a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Fire extinguishers (used, activated, or pressure-released)
Fire suppression systems and chemical agents
Safety equipment that has been installed or tampered with
Customized or special-order items
Clearance or promotional sale items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at support@waysafefire.ae or via WhatsApp at [add number here] within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, invoice, and photos of the item.
Our team will review your request and provide return approval.
Once approved, the item must be shipped or handed over as instructed.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item delivered or manufacturing defect).
Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery (COD) fees, and installation fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

8. Shipping & Payment Policy

We offer FREE delivery on all orders of AED 800 and above (Cash or Card on Delivery).
For orders below AED 800, a standard delivery fee will apply.
