2. Order Cancellation After Processing/Dispatch

If the order has already been processed or shipped:

  • The customer may still request cancellation; however:

    • Shipping fees, COD charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.

    • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund will be issued only after the returned product is inspected and confirmed to be:

    • Unused

    • Unopened

    • In original packaging with all accessories and labels


3. Non-Cancellable Items

Due to safety and compliance regulations, the following items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed:

  • Fire extinguishers (pressurized units)

  • Fire suppression systems and chemical agents

  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-order items

  • Equipment that has been installed, activated, or used

  • Clearance or promotional items


4. How to Request a Cancellation

  • In cases of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit.


6. Failed Delivery or Refused Delivery

If the order cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues (wrong address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery):

  • The order will be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation.

  • Shipping and return charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
